Hello !

Helping people to feel the joy of a quiet
mind

We are based in Geneva, Switzerland. We are
committed to share joy and well-being.

Being. That's
enough.

Finding out the path of joyful living

I remember feeling free as a young child. As soon as school started, I slowly started to believe that I was not enough. If I got good grades and did what I was supposed to do, I would be a "good girl" and be rewarded. So, I lived many years being a "good girl" and being eager to learn as much as possible from life. One day, I realised "being is enough", and from that day onwards it was clear the difference between wisdom and knowledge. One gains knowledge in school and from reading books, but wisdom is gained through contemplation and self-discovery" from an academic researcher specialising in environmental sustainability to a yoga meditation. My life and work's purpose is to tread the path of the Himalayan masters, share their wisdom, so that many can discover the peace and joy that come from training the mind, body and breath.

WHY I TEACH MEDITATION

WHY I TEACH MEDITATION

Imagine a world where only a tiny fraction of the population had the habit of washing the body and brushing their teeth. This was actually happening in Europe some centuries ago. Today, meditation does for the mind what hygiene does for the body — it washes away the mental clutter we accumulate every single day. We absorb so much from the world around us: self-created thoughts, emotions, external thought-constructs from television, films, music, advertising, and human interaction. Most of us never stop to ask: what do we do to clean our mental field from all of this?

As Swami Rama wisely said:

"All problems, all miseries, all pains are created by the mind… An uncontrolled mind is like a bird with broken wings that falls into the river of passion and is carried with the current into the deep ocean of sorrow."

— Swami Rama

Meditation is a way to clean the clutter of thoughts accumulated throughout the day and experience a fresh, clear mind. My deepest wish is to inspire and provide the tools so that you can start experiencing this inner peace — and feeling the joy that comes from knowing your beauty and completeness.

"Success: To Laugh Often And Much, To Win The Respect Of Intelligent People And The Affection Of Children, To Appreciate Beauty, To Find The Best In Others, To Leave The World A Bit Better, Whether By A Healthy Child, A Garden Patch, Or A Redeemed Social Condition, To Know Even One Life Has Breathed Easier Because We Have Lived."

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

MY JOURNEY

Almost Three Decades of Practice

My relationship with yoga meditation is a quest for the deeper meaning. A journey that began in 1998 and continues to this day. I started teaching since 2012. Studied with the Himalayan Yoga Tradition and the Sivananda Tradition, as well as Vinyasa school. Between 2013 and 2015, I undertook two years of intensive residential training at the Gurukulam compound of Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama in Rishikesh, India — an experience that shaped not only how I teach, but how I live.
Life is not easy in an Ashram. Simple food, no distractions, just focus on our yoga practice from 5 am to 9pm. But I never felt so alive as during those days. Joy is the fruit of one own’s mind.

TEACHERS & LINEAGE

The Shoulders I Stand On

I have been deeply inspired and shaped by some remarkable teachers. Among those who have most influenced my work and practice:
The Himalayan Yoga Tradition, which forms the core of my teaching, is one of the oldest and most complete systems of self-development in the world. Himalayan Yoga Tradition integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of practice — always rooted in direct experience, not theory.
What I like most in this tradition is that teachers don’t impose you a philosophy, they tell you experiment with a philosophical or practical concept /tool and realise its merit or demerit. “Don’t be a believer, be an internal researcher”.

WHAT WE TEACH & HOW

The Meditation We Offer

The meditation we teach is rooted in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. It is breath and mantra-supported. It is spiritual in the deepest sense, yet entirely non-religious — open to anyone, regardless of religious background or belief. In a typical session, you can expect:
For beginners, you can join our 5-week Introduction to Meditation training (2x per year) or just join the regular yoga meditation weekly classes. Each yoga meditation class is a gentle introduction — no experience is needed, only an open mind. For long-term practitioners, the practice deepens naturally over time, moving from relaxation into genuine stillness and silence.

TEACHING APPROACH

A Safe Space for Every Human

Every person who walks through the door carries something worth honouring. As a teacher we don’t perform or impress. Instead we hold the space, we guide, and, hopefully, inspire you to be kind to your body and to listen to your inner wisdom.
Classes are structured to deepen the experience of the subtil. We move following the tradition from the physical /matter to the mind and consciousness. Questions are always welcome. Doubt is often the beginning of real understanding.
The approach is gentle, patient, and grounded in the conviction that progress in yoga meditation is not measured in external achievements, but in assimilating the teachings so that they bear fruits in one's inner and external life.
